As a recent graduate, I am very excited to have my own classroom and begin to implement my own lessons. Observations, Inferences and Predictions for writing and questioning: Students view different photo each day and make 5 observations, 5 inferences, and 5 predictions.
Growing bean plants in CD cases so all the parts can be seen:
Partner flash card game where one student competes the equation with a magnetic number while the other student checks his or her work with unifix cubes.
Earth Science: Teach how the earth goes around the sun, with a marble in a pie pan!
Mathematics: Scaffolding estimation and understanding
Science experiment- Watch as the blue and yellow water travel up the paper towel and makes it's way into the empty cup making green water.
